In the event of a claim, we ensure that any loss is dealt with efficiently and effectively to minimise disruption to you.
The team has a wealth of experience in the insurance claims field. We have developed solid working relationships with all the major insurance companies claims departments, helping us to deal with your claim swiftly and smoothly. Our service includes:
- Reporting of the incident to your insurers – this is normally left
to you to do - Recovery of your uninsured losses
- Regular claims updates from your dedicated claims handler
- Prompt repair of your vehicle through our own approved garages
(motor) - Guaranteed courtesy car/van even following a total loss claim –
not something that is normally provided by your insurers (motor)
