Saffron Insurance has been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Merchant accreditation for the second year running.
For those of you who don’t know, Feefo is an independent customer feedback system. It allows our customers to anonymously review our service based on their experiences.
Based upon the data received over the duration of the previous year, for 2016, and have received over 2,500 reviews we have achieved an average service rating of between 95% and 100%.
However, we don’t want you to think that all we care about are gold stars and shiny certificates. We value all genuine customer feedback, even negative reviews. If a customer’s unhappy, we’ll always get in touch to find out how we could have done better. We’ve actually made quite a few changes to our service based on suggestions from Feefo reviewers.
