In the event of a claim occurring, we want to support you through what can be a challenging time; it is imperative that any loss is dealt with efficiently and effectively to minimise distress to our clients.
In order to do this, we provide an in-house Claims Team with a 24 hour claims helpline because we feel no one else can manage your claim as well as we do. Our dedicated team is based in our Royston office and was set up in 2007. The team has a wealth of experience in the insurance claims field and are very willing to not only help with the reporting of claims but also to provide back up and advice from first notification to the settlement of a claim - A "Very Personal" service.
At Saffron we believe in providing excellent customer service and we are one of only a very few brokers that offer an in-house claims service to their clients. We have developed strong relationships with all the major insurance companies claims departments, which helps us provide the service our clients deserve.
Saffron Claims Management is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. Its registration is recorded on the website http://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/.
Saffron LossRecovery - Launched September 2008
In response to the difficulties in dealing with third party insurers and to enhance the service that we offer our clients, Saffron LossRecovery was launched in September 2008 to deal with motor claims.
Saffron LossRecovery is based at the Royston Claims office and in conjunction with HVL Accident Assistance (Hilton Coachworks) will provide a complete Accident Management Service dealing, on appropriate cases, on a Credit Hire and Repair basis.
All uninsured loss claims, that were previously dealt with by Highway Uninsured Loss Recoveries will be dealt with in-house by the Royston office. Clients should report such claims to the Royston office rather than direct to insurers.
Saffron LossRecovery adheres to the ABI general terms of business (http://www.abi.org.uk/) and is a member of the National Association of Credit Hire Operators (http://www.nacho.org.uk/).
