What to do When Submitting a Travel Claim

If you are ever required to submit a travel claim, remember to follow these three tips:

  1. Report a loss or theft to the nearest police authority and request a copy of the report. For lost or damaged luggage, request a receipt from the airline or luggage handler.
  2. Contact Saffron’s claim team on 0844 412 2416 - have all relevant paperwork, photographs, and police or medical reports to hand.
  3. Send required documentation to Saffron. Keep photocopies of all the documents and send by recorded delivery in case it is lost in the post.
