Senior Client Relationship Manager
Saffron Insurance, a leading independent brokerage with offices across East Anglia, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after an existing book of Commercial Insurance within the A1/M11 Corridor East Anglia area.
The role will involve managing an existing book of Commercial Business, plus generation of growth through new business revenue from own sales activities. There may be an opportunity for a leadership role to develop.
Experience, skills and qualifications
A successful background in Client Relationship Management
In depth knowledge of Commercial Insurance
Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
Self-motivated and Resilient
Expected to be progressing with professional insurance qualifications

1st Line Technical Support Analyst
Saffron Insurance, a leading independent brokerage with offices across East Anglia, has an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Technical Support Analyst based in Saffron Walden. This role can be offered as part of a apprenticeship scheme.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide 1st line support to the 140+ employees of Saffron Insurance located across 12 offices.
Experience, skills and qualifications
Desktop maintenance, specifically Windows Desktop 7 – 10
Windows Server 2008 – 2012 R2 domain support:
Awareness Active directory Topology
Client administration (setting up user accounts and emails)
Experience of Group policy
Office 365 service management
Firewalls including NATing and routing.
Proven ability to problem solve in logical and analytical way.
Ability to work to own initiative.
Printer / photocopier maintenance and repair.
Basic networking and telecoms exposure. Understanding of IP v4 LAN, DHCP services DNS, VLANs etc.
Basic software installation and deployment.
Good MS Office skills, predominately MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent timekeeping and time management skills
Advantageous Skills or Candidate will learn during the Apprenticeships
Exposure to server / client virtualization solutions. Ideally Hyper V, VMware V-sphere.
Experience of Remote desktop services, ideally Server 2012 R2 RDS.
Experience of maintaining and developing a bespoke / proprietary solutions.
Programming / scripting experience, T-SQL, Windows power shell.
Experience of systems migrations.
Experience of Antivirus / endpoint solutions in a LAN environment.
