Saffron Insurance Community Fund
In 2015, Saffron Insurance setup the Saffron Insurance Community Fund to enable us to fundraise for and support good causes around the region.
Our three nominated charities are:
- East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice (EACH)
- East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA)
- Alzheimer’s Society – East Anglia region
We also actively support the soldiers and families of Carver Barracks in Saffron Walden.
We are extremely pleased to announce that in 2017 through Dress Down Fridays and the additional fundraising at our St George’s Day Bash, we have achieved an amazing total of £20,000. A proportion of this has gone towards the annual Pantomime trip for the soldiers and families of Carver Barracks, but we still have a total of £11,000+ for EACH, EAAA and the Alzheimer’s Society!
The Dress Down Fridays raise a phenomenal £1,950 per annum, which is incredible for not a lot of work!
