What to do When Submitting a Travel Claim
If you are ever required to submit a travel claim, remember to follow these three tips:
- Report a loss or theft to the nearest police authority and request a copy of the report. For lost or damaged luggage, request a receipt from the airline or luggage handler.
- Contact Saffron’s claim team on 0844 412 2416 - have all relevant paperwork, photographs, and police or medical reports to hand.
- Send required documentation to Saffron. Keep photocopies of all the documents and send by recorded delivery in case it is lost in the post.
