British motorists paid nearly £47 more in the third quarter of 2015 for their comprehensive car insurance premiums than they did this time last year according to a recent report. On 1st October, a new law went into force that makes it illegal to smoke in the cab of a car (or other vehicle) with anyone under the age of 18.
